Updated Controls and Locomotion Improvements

Howdy Folks! This update makes some major progress on the locomotion and controls for the dog. I've abandoned Root motion controls for the time being, and have focused heavily on trying to get the same feel as Stray. Not quite there yet but feeling much better. I found the default character rotation to be a better starting place and built up from there. The dog can now look at things, bark (single bark), run, jump, sneak, and sprint. I still need to build attacks and pickup items in mouth functionality, among other things.
If you get a chance to play this let me know how it feels. I've added a bit to the scenery here too to help shape the mood. All this is pretty temp as the final game will take place in the one large location. I've added some important quality of life improvements to things like floor detection, so the dog is oriented correctly on any given surface. IK foot tracing still needs work so that's not on there yet. But I did add leans to help the turning feel less jarring. I need to do turn in place as well. Give it play and let me know how it feels!
